How to participate at the show
In order to be admitted as an exhibitor dowload the participation request forms from this site. Send them back to us filled out.
The request forms are downloaded as an Acrobat reader file. If you do not have the necessary software you can find the pdf reader at the following link: www.adobe.it. Further to filling out the forms, you need to enclose a copy of the downpayment of 30% of the total payable. Payment can be made by bank draft (see participation request forms).
The dates to remember

30/10/09 Deadline for enrollment.
Sending in the request by this deadline ensures the exhibitor of receiving punctual and effi cient service, as well as a guarantee of greater availability of display areas.

26/02/2010 Catalogue deadline.
We would like to remind you that turning in the Catalogue Page is essential for (free) inclusion of exhibitor data in the trade fair catalogue.
