SEP will present systems and technologies for energy saving and reduction, sustainable mobility, lighting plants, boilers, energy production plants, biomass, heat recovery plants, waste to energy plants and MBT treatment, energy recovery from recycling industry.

Corrado Clini, Minister for the Environment says that “ Italy has the possibilities to play a leading role in the bioenergies sector”…”the biofuels development can represent the more efficient way for the reconversion of traditional chemistry from oil matrix to the biological one of green chemistry, using most of the existing infrastructures in term of knowledge and plants”. “It is strategic to support research and development in the biofuels production of second and third generation, that can be the primary matrix of the green chemistry to create in Italy a strategic and innovative “hub” in the Mediterranean contest”.
